Everyone now has a side hustle, and mine is cakes. Whether I’m consulting, writing, running events or developing content and comms, there are always cakes. 

 

Iced Vo-Vo Pavlova (see above). Chocolate cake wedged with salted caramel, covered in ganache and topped with a forest of chocolate meringues. Four layer Victoria sponges, sandwiched with taspberry jam and chantilly cream, topped with more fcresm and delicate petals. A rainbow cake joyously proclaiming ‘Yes ❤️’. Meringue wreaths, Kentucky butter cake and a garland of flowers, or drippng with caramel and lavishly topped with bonbons. Even a giant cinnamon roll cake. Cake, cake, cake.
